yes arfan your team did get an option ask ben the rules are published on mmtv singles but you have also tried to change them on numerous occasions, This has been a learning curve for me and mistakes have been made, Lesson learnt it wont happen again Also i am doing an opening ceremony introducing the team names with there music, The interviews will be done whilst in play we team members and supporters, All the teams will walk out one after one at the begining of the event i have allowed 30 mins for this intro, plus the rules of play will be given and instructed to every team before play begins a hope this clears a few matters up. ps PINK lol riggers cant wait be fancy dress next buddy

That's news to me pal. I've only tried to introduce one rule in my mmtv games and that's to spot the 9 ball if potted on the break but i got told I couldn't and duly got on with it. That's exactly what my team and I are going to do with this 3 man comp too even though there will be some 'dream teams' in it, wrongly imo but that's in the past now.

I think it would help fill this event if it happens again next year

He's not advocating handicapping the matches Daz. Just a better way of picking the teams to avoid teams like Dazzler just sneaked in while everyone wasn't looking lol

I think it's a great idea for next time.

Now then Andy, unless my boys come up with summat better use Embrace - Ashes for us. The original not the tweaked version I did with the dogs days are over at the beginning lol.

Hahahahahaha......here we go.......same old faces havin a little moan up.
Listen guys, my team obides by the rules 100%. Burford is not classed as a Pro on GB9 or anywhere else, , Callaghan hasn't won any tourneys (like most amatures in the event!), and I, well we all know that one ;-)

......my original team was Andy worthington, and because players were moaning (fair play), I told Him we can't play in same team. I then started looking for a new legal player to join Louis and myself......and that's it.

At end of the day, it's a race to 4 points with race to 5 matches including scotch doubles and full team match.....anyone can win, I can't see what all the tears are about!!!!

See you all there ;-)

I'm not moaning, I'm prefectly happy with the event and I'm looking forward to it. I'm just throwing out a suggestion that might help to fill the event next time

I'm not moaning either and am looking forward to it. Daryl, please don't try saying you switched Andy Worthington with Phil Burford to avoid having 2 pros in the side. That's ridiculous lol.

You have a good team and are probably favourites - we all have to accept that. But like we both said - anyone can win especially in a team event.

Dog changed the rules so no need for you to change Andy for Phil but even if he hadn't changed the rules how is Phil not a pro? He has been in the top ranks of GB9 pro division for ever :) The fact he hasn't joined this season doesn't change anything. Don't understand your reasoning at all. Fact is dog changed the rules and you took full advantage, which I can't blame you for.

The format for the matches is as follows

TEAM = players    1.2.3
Scotch = players    2.3
Singles= player     1
Scotch = players    1.3
Singles= player     2
Scotch = players    1.2
Singles = player     3

All matches are race to 5 frames = 1 point for your team
First team to reach 4 points will progress to next round

Just feel some that some teams are to strong personal opinion not a dig. If u ran an amateur only event like this where it would be completly open I'd play. Just along way to travel and a large entry fee just feel like I'm sponsoring top player
