18 now, if we get 19 we can give free entry to the runner up, they also do not have to stay in the venue hotel (this does not apply to the winner)

Tony, I have a couple of questions! 1: What will happen with the event if a lot of players pull out at the last minute? I'm planning to send payment on Thursday but I have my doubts with other people if I'm honest! I'm happy to pay £20 for a crack at getting to GB9 but I'm not sure I should be paying too much more with redundancy quickly coming. 2: It's doubtful that we will hit the 19 player mark but if we were fortunate enough to would GB9 and the hotel be okay with the possibility of our two successful representatives sharing the same room? Obviously this would be for the winner to decide as some may want to travel with family and friends but I figured it would be wise to ask now! Anyway, I'll get the payment to you on Thursday!

Regarding 2. I can confirm that the 2 winners sharing a room would be fine but of course the runner-up would have to pay the difference of £34.

If we don't get the 13 needed we will run as a normal comp unless all players want to divide the 250 needed by number who turn up as entry fees
