Ha ha cheers Riggers. Costing me an extra tenner now. But there is the 8 Ball event at Barnsley and the 9 Ball at Nottingham which will affect the rankings. Should be a good tournament though and I look forward to it.

Thanks guys, I have added you to the list in the order you confirmed. Ideally I would like to have 8 top 32 pro's, so far I have 5. Alan, I have left you off for now so that I can leave 3 places free to be available to Top 32 pro's if they can confirm in the next few days. If they don't I will throw it back open and put you in first.

To answer Riggers question with regard to status of players such as Singh and Buckmaster who are not currently top32 on BPPPA, EPT or Eurotour. The initial criteria I am using are the official rankings and the first 8 players on these lists will get the seeded spots. If we fail to get 8 then I will look outside of the top32 and the next highest placed entries will get the spots (at £20 entry). I think this is the only fair way to do this.

I can't believe how popular this event has proved and thank you all for your interest. It may be that if there are a siginificant number of other people who want to enter that I could open this up to maybe 40 entries.

As I said, I am going to close entries from now to anyone who is not Top 32 but I will start a reserve list and if this grows enough I will open the event up.

Thanks again.

Andy :-)

Just wondering Andy. I am currently number 32, but with 2 events before Solihull, what happens if I drop out the top 32. Do I get a tenner back ha ha!

Tony,

Yes you will mate. Now don't you go throwing matches just to save a tenner... It's just not worth it mate ;-)

Ha ha. Would not do that. But I know there are players climbing up rankings who may jump above me. Will have to do well in next couple so I stay in top 32. I agree that Tim and Chris should both be classed and seeded as pro's to. And there are a few others there who are quite capable, including Alan Millership if he gets in. Am looking forward to it, should be a great comp.

Alan, An easy game if you draw me, you can give me a 4 or 5 rack start (mind you that would not be enough!). Don't forget I have seen you play! ha ha

Highest is Jonathan Mathers (8th BPPPA).

I will look into book side of things but I hope so, yes.
