Total9Ball

***EVENT 2 15TH SEPT TAKING EARLY ENTRIES AS EVENT 1 HAS BEEN SO WELL SUPPORTED***

Total9ball are proud to announce the new Amateur series dates and format. The amateur series is now in its third season, this time it will be run slightly different with the league stages removed and the double chance format used. T9B double chance events seem to be the most popular format we use, we believe the reason behind this is because it offers unbeatable value, players are entered into the draw twice which means players can lose a match but still be the overall winner, it guarantees each player 2 tense knock-out matches and also means each entrance has the opportunity to get in the prize money twice. Feedback regarding these event has always been fantastic and therefore we feel using this format is the way to get the most players involved.

The Series will begin on 18th August 2012 and will consist of two 9ball double chance events, two 10ball double chance events and a Grand Final which will have 9ball and 10ball incorporated. Each event will be held at St Albans Hurricane Room with matches beginning at 10.00am.

Event 2 – 10ball - 15th September
Event 3 – 9ball - 13th October
Event 4 – 10ball - 3rd November
Grand Final - 9,10ball - 1st December

Max entry – 40 players double chance

Entry Fees - £40 for -3 and -2 players
                    £35 for -1, 0 players
                    £30 for +1 players

an extra £7 will be added to entry fee for pay on the day.

***HANDICAPS***
Platinum Players -3
Gold Players -2
Silver Players -1
Bronze - 0, +1

***Ranking Points***

2 points per match won

Top 16 players auto qualify for Grand Finals with seeding system used one half and random draw the other half.

Prize money will begin at the Quarter Final stage and will be announced once entry numbers are known.

This comp has truly unbeatable value.

Remember... IF YOU ENTER TWICE YOU CAN GET INTO THE PRIZE MONEY TWICE!!

All Matches will be Straight Knock-out

Races to - 7 plus Handicaps
Breaking - Alternate, 3 point Rule, Golden Breaks allowed

We advise you don’t delay your entry as previous events have filled in under 6 hours!!!!!

Hi Mario, the way it works is... matches are race to 7 racks, if say for example im a -2 and you a -1 I would race to 8 and you would race to 7. Each player get entered into the same event twice, this means you are in the top half of the draw and the bottom therefore if you win all of your matches you would win the winners prize money plus the runners up prize money this giving the event unbeatable value. It also means each player is guarenteed two Knock-out matches and if you lose a match you can still win the main comp overall. good hey? il txt you payment deatils now my friend

Just over two weeks until Event 2 of this Series and its heating up, ONLY 5 PLACES REMAINING, don't be a player that misses out... get your names down asap to save disappointment.

T9B ranking points and prize money on offer, score yourself enough points to end the 4 event series in the top 16 on the ranking list to be invited to the T9B Grand Finals on the 1st December, already over £200 in the pot (expected minimum £1000). This is a great event which always receives excellent feedback. Can you become THE UNDEFEATED???

What's new about Event 2???

**Its the first time 10ball will be used for a T9B 2x event**
**Players will draw there own fate, when a player registers he/she will pick a ball which will decide the position they are placed in the draw (players will still be given a match time to avoid waiting around)**
**Handicaps have changed for a few players some have moved up and some down**
** A beautiful new glass trophy has been purchased**
**There will be a Break Dish Comp on the day after first rounds of matches**

If your name is on the list payments are now due, pls contact me to arrange this, if your name is on the list you are provisionally entered into this event however you will be replaced if no contact is made regarding payment.

Thanks

Not just you Courtney also and the 2 finalists from this next event will change to. If you get to the final again you wont go down again as you can only move 1 up. The next time you dont cash you will be moved back to -2.
