I was wondering if anyone could tell me what criteria has to be met in order to play on a eurotour stop?

Are they open to anyone or do you have to be a fully fledged pro?.

Dont think there is any real criteria apart from being a member of the British Pool Federation. You can contact Richard Jones chairman of the BPF for more details. It is then open to anyone regardless of your standard of play.
