What is the best table to play on? I'm looking to buy a table in the near future, and just wondering what's everyone's opinion, and why? Thanks

Depends on what you want it for. Brunswick are quality but dont help your game for GB9 or Diamond table comps/matches. Sam's are standard across the board imo but are very adaptable.

Don't mean to hijack the thread but does anyone know if there was a Diamond table on display during the Mosconi Cup a couple years ago or if they will have one on display this year?

Thanks for the info cueman. On a further note, does anybody sell any pool related equipment during the Mosconi Cup? [ This message was edited by: cjj46 on 2012-11-03 16:08 ]

There's always a slim chance that I could take The Pro Shop along, but the fact is, there really isn't much space to do that, although you can always get a tournament programme, and there's usually Mosconi Cup polo shirts and t-shirts available... (be aware that the polo shirts sell out REALLY fast).

it depends on your budget between 500 to 1500 you can get a good sams with simonis cloth and pockets shimmed to GB9 standard upwards of £1500 you can look at diamond and 3k plus you get into the Brunswick GC5 range. Awesome table and will improve your game no end!!

Might be a bit controversial but does anyone think with Matchroom having Diamond tables that we'll see more Diamond tables in the UK?

Thanks I highly recommend the Dynamic III table, Its an excellent table and is very competively priced indeed, They use this table for the finals in the Eurotours and comes in a walnut brown or gloss black, I have this table at home in the walnut brown and was supplied for me to practice on by Dynamic Billliard who shipped the table from Germany for me, I'll P'M you a few details etc and if you ever wanted to come and view the table and try out for yourself you are very welcome to visit me at my home in Bournemouth, I can post some pictures on here if you wished to see the table set up as well, Damian
