I've been practicing with my left hand for about a month now and finally ran my first rack left handed. My positional play using a rest leaves a lot to be desired. Usually I'd eliminate the rest by leaving the CB where I can reach, but seeing as I'm no Efren Reyes it doesn't always go to plan.
Does anyone else devote some practice to playing left or right handed? And is it really worth it?

I do some opposite hand practise for sure, improving your dexterity and co-ordination isn't a bad thing.
How do you hold the cue though, do you make a fist shape and put the cue through a tight loop, or do you play open handed?
