Let's not start this again, it'd be nice to have something similar going on down here, that's all.

It'd take a lot to match the atmosphere of MMTV because there simply isn't anything like it but it'd e nice to get close without Gavin to travel for 4 and a half hours to get there :)

Just to let everyone know we may now change the event date to Friday 23rd March to avoid clashing with Total9Ball event or run matches on both the Friday and Saturday

wanted to avoid sunday as we didn't think we'd get as many people wanting to come and watch / play knowing they have work the follwing day.

that's why we have chosen to hold matches on both the friday and saturday

To make things easier for everyone matches can be arranged for either the fri, sat or Sunday

Just drop me a line to let me know which days you'd prefer to play and matches will be arranged around that

Think this needs to be done just as a venue offering to host money games. Forget trying to get that MMTV atmosphere first time round imo :)

Agree with phil' I think for this to work it must be done on a certain day' with different games to create a atmosphere'be great if it can kick off'players up north love the buzz of playing for money let's jus hope the players down south have the same attitude'then I think it can work'.. Just my opinion'. Add me to list pls too.thanx.. Dom clemens.

I havent been up to MMTV yet but by all reports it would be hard to get even close to the atmosphere they have up there, Pool is the South seems to be different with less interest but if players play some money matches in the south then end up playing MMTV with winnings or the confidents found from winning some games it could be very good all round
