What's the minimum room size for a table? |

Think of moving house and the property I'm looking at has a double garage conversion measuring 17ft 4in x 15ft 8in, would Thisbe big enough?

i think tables are 9 ft by 4.5ft so u need 5ft all way round so 19ft by 14.4 ft

You have enough width, just lacking a bit of length (steady). I'd say get a couple of short cues and go for it. The number of shots where you'll be limited will be small.
I've been looking to squeeze one in my living room for a while now - can get one in, but then nowhere to sit!
