There's loads but here's one I've been practicing recently to try and sort out my cueing under pressure. It's called 'Spot and Back' and I think Alex Lely devised it as a hybrid from the more simple spot shot based drills. Put a ball on the head spot (where the 1 ball goes in 9 ball) then put a ball behind it on the middle diamond of the top rail, just one cm away from the rail. Then put another 3 balls above that ball just one cm away from the last. Grab another 5 balls and repeat this pattern at the other end of the table. So you have 2 'Spot' balls and 8 'scoring balls'. Take the cue ball from anywhere behind the 3rd diamond (just before middle bag) to pot the 'spot' ball at the opposite end of the table and get position on one of the 4 scoring balls beneath it (Respot the spot ball each time it's potted). Pot the scoring ball and get position with the cue ball just behind the 3rd diamond from where you can go at the spot ball at the other end. Repeat this and see how many scoring balls you can make. Game over if you a) contact another ball except the one you are potting b) miss a pot) or c) let the cue ball go beyond the 3rd diamond when getting position on the next spot ball. Another one I like is a hard 9 ball clearance where all balls are just one cm away from the rail.
As I don't have a picture I'll try and describe where each ball goes. As you stand behind the table looking up this is where you would put the balls.
1 ball: Bottom (nearest to you) right side rail between 2nd and 3rd diamond up. 2 ball: Top left side rail between 2nd and 3rd diamond up. 3 ball: Top right side rail between 2nd and 3rd diamond up. 4 ball: Bottom left side rail between 2nd and 3rd diamond up. 5 ball: Middle of the top rail 6 ball: Middle of bottom rail 7 ball: head spot 8 ball: foot spot 9 ball: centre spot.
Simply take ball in hand and run the rack out.
