I acknowledge jammy's challenge, but it aint gonna happen. He's far too good for me! Its as simple as that.

If anyone sees this as a fair challenge, then feel free to pepper me with reasons as to why lol

!!! QUOTE !!!

Why so much negativity around MMTV? Its still great to play in. Yes, ive only played 4 times, but loved every single one, even the defeat to Ian.

Whilst i agree we need some big names back on there, for now, they obviously dont want to play each other...so we have to deal with the players who do want to play. I have already said this to Lunny, but this month i can understand not many challengers as its so close to Crimbo, but for £200 and the potential of a decent money game at the end of Jan if you win, surely there are some folk looking to play?

Certainly dont get how theres no-one in Cat 4 or 5 looking to take on me or Pamment. Were both pretty babba (no offence if you read this Danny) but its true.

To make it more appealing, if no cat 4's want to play me, i'll offer start (TBC) to the cat 5's if they fancy a game. I'll play for the minimum if thats all someone can raise too...i simply wish to play and continue (trying) to improve my game.

If everyone got behind it then we might see an upturn in fortunes, and who knows, maybe even some big games back on here.

Doc, you were slating Speighty for going into the game with me and risking his and his mates money with hardly any practice. Whilst i agree practice is vital, i take my hat off to him for having the nuts and desire to play....something which alot of players dont seem to have nowadays.

Im guilty of it myself sometimes, but it seems that in the pool world in particular, everyone is far too quick to criticise instead of gettin (or staying) on board and offering support.

Rant over, my fingers hurt

Haha classic of course I slated him n told him he couldn't win,I know my stuff n you would take your hat off to him when he's handing a load of 20s to you,I think it's bang out of order playing with other lads money when you haven't prepared,I had about 700 in backers money to play Rhodes,if I was like alot of players on here I could have played the game n not cost me a penny, unlike alot of players I respect my friends cash

With start, obviously that wasn't mentioned. Doc, I'm not sayin he SHOULD play Tem, I'm sayin he should be playing the cat 3's, so apologies if it sounded like that. I see what ur sayin with speighty, and ur game with Rhodes, I just respect the fact that he banged his name down to play.

So if Jammy wants to play, he can make me an offer but I can guarantee 3 start there's no game, he's better than that IMO.

I dunno doc, Macca played probably as bad as he could against Tem, obviously Tem played really well. Jamie has more than enough game for Tem he is a lot more solid. If he'd play Robin off levels why should he get a start off Tem?

Lmao results against other people have nothing to do with anything, on that basis no1 should go near jamie bcz he once beat boyes on tour....n before any1 starts saying i only wanna play bcz i think im favourite, obviously surely thats the point, getting 2 players who believe there better than the other, not buying into this play so and so for a challenge and will be good viewing nonsense, i couldnt care less if its a good match, id never ask for backing in a match i didnt think was good value....rant over, vodka brings out the best in me ;)

Jamie didn't play his greatest against Macca.
Macca didn't play his greatest against Tem.
Tem wasn't put under any pressure in the Macca game, bet it felt like practice!
