"This ain't pool.
This is for bangers.
Straight pool is pool.
This is like handball...or cribbage or something.
Straight pool you got to be a real surgeon...to get it--
You know,
it's all finesse.
Now everything is 9-ball...because it's fast...good for TV...good for a lot of break shots.
Oh, well.
What the the devils playground.
Checkers sells more
than chess."

Dave, is it possible to stop the ludicrous 'devils playground' substitution?

political correctness gone mad. :-P

Does Hades and purgatory get substituted?

after just watching some of the mosconi highlights i see they were racking the 2 at the back'
is this a new thing?
and hopefully gb9 next year bring it into play!! to stop certain players trying to pattern the rack,as its not allowed on tour and players still do it...
2 at the back will stop that and will make it fair for every individual playing next year,
any of the top players view on this pls??including melling an daz'
GB9 FOR 2 ball at the back YES from me....dom

- 2 ball at the back every time.
- I agree totally with Bazza about it should be compulsory that the loser of the previous match to referees the next match, but not the next match of the player they just lost to.
- Ref racks all games in the match.
- Either 'offensive or defensive pattern racking' is cheating because the remaining non-compulory placed object balls are not being racked as requested and stated in the rules.

There is obviously a file somewhere, with a list of all the profanities and their respective replacements, both he11 and d1ck would be removed if I ever found it.

It actually affects the articles too, and I always have a real quandary as to what to do about D1ck Jaspers name being automatically changed.

If I ever find that file I'll sort it out!

What a great idea the loser of the match refs the next match on the table, with the software riggers uses the same player doesn't go on the same table, I think this will work great with the main refs floor walking !!

Are gb9 committee reading these ideas or they ignoring the players because I seen no activitys from them !!

Thought this was a players tour
