Will give 2-3 racks to 9 depending on ability. If i went by the handicap system it would only be a 1 start to a grade 2 player, correct me if i'm wrong.

Like I said daz you will not get any of the top pros on these shores putting up unless they are crazy or loaded or playing with someone else's money. They are all too bothered about their reputations. Its not like other countries where they see gambling as being an integral part of the game.

most of the players on money match tv 3 have someone else staking them, thats easy way to play, play with all of your money on the line in my eyes

agree with Lee. No use people claiming they are playing for £500 or £1000 when they have only got hundred or so of their own money. Defeats the whole object of money matches.

This thread isn't doing Imran any favours, I can tell you. Imran just wants to rob getting 70-30 and 80-20 games. Have some heart man, for goodness sake!

to be honets i think theres more pressure playin with someones money because u dont want that person to lose money. if its ur own and u can afford to lose it then different imo.
none of the top players are gonna play daz anyway.hes even offered them start but dont see many throwin there names in.

That 'and you can afford to lose it' bit is a pretty important variable lol

Absolutely agree that there's a lot of pressure / potential guilt involved with playing with someone else's money, but the pressure of potentially going to court for not being able to pay your bills or have your wife run off and take the kids away is on another level - that's the kind of pressure I'd like to see, gladiator arena stuff. I want the loser on the floor in tears at the end of it :D

Got to take my hat off to Lee Brett, I know for sure he is putting ALL of his own money up in stepping up to the challenge of Jamie Yates, and also travelling up from Bournemouth(5hr journey) to be apart of this event which with petrol and accomodation is probably at least another £100 on top of your stake money, Not to far for Lee to take on the challenge, Fair play mate as this is the real all or nothing game for you playing with your OWN cash, best of luck in the game.

The top players never come on this website because whenever they do they get slagged off by stupid choppers......dont blame them the top players from staying away. Lets move to another forum i say where we can talk without getting slandered.

correct its a shame they think like this

suppose am different as i been brought up playing for money and played all over the world in my eyes it part of the game.. and really get to see where your level is when play for money as it true test.. unlike tournaments short races big fields and can get lucky with draws etc etc

reputation for tournaments will always be seperated from tournaments to money games anyway.. look at yang he cant win a international tournament but i dont see anyone stepping up to play him for money..

big thing playing for money is you gotta be prepared to lose sometimes if you are then you can become a good money player..and thats the problem with most players they frightened of losing..

i like a challenge and to test myself and playing for money is the ultimate ...

shame more brits dont think this way..

anyway my offer still stands any uk resident pro got between 2-5 start to 21 any amatuer got 5 and above and yes i do play with my own money :-) well most of it depends on the bet. :-P

You hardly ever see Mark gray, Karl boyes, Raj hundal,Daryl now and then post on this website because they get abused and have their reputations undermined by people who have nothing better to do than talk trash on this website.
We are the top players in this country and are ambassadors for our nation, go round the world representing the uk yet we get slagged off by our own people......strange people!

Wow imran dont think you are doing yourself any favours calling people on this website choppers! well out of order. As far as i have seen Daz posts on here all the time and has never been "slagged off". And calling yourself an ambassador (which you are) but then calling lesser players choppers, they are the people you are meant to be representing. Maybe jsut think a lil next time.

You wont play Daz off levels but if u had a backer you would give him a start hmmm, why dnt you put your own up and accept the start off him?

I said i will play you Daz if somone wants to stake me. Havent got the doe to play fifty fifty matches after paying two mortgages and untold bills every month and looking to have a kid soon. Get me a backer and i will play you or anyone in that case. I will bet fare share of the wack aswell, what i can afford.

What some people dont understand is that some of us do this for a living and have to treat the game just like a business. So thats why i want to play matches in my favour to reduce chances of defeat. Its different for people who have full-time jobs and just play the game for a hobby or for a laugh on the weekends.

Dont want to discuss this topic anymore on this website, rather talk to you in person Daz.

A suggestion Daz, why dont you invite Chris Bartram over from America. He likes playing you and is good action. You might have to pay his airfare and digs but would be worthwhile if playing for 20 or 30k.
