Tony, you should call him that next time you see him! Joni Tahiti! Quality!
Well, that's the end of the European Championships, and I have to say, that really is one of the best tournaments in the world right now.
The arena just looks soooooo incredibly professional, after years of continuous improvement, the EPBF have finally got something they can be really proud of there. That's an arena that will make people want to play in this event - a bit like Matchroom's World Pool Championship arena in Cardiff had the same effect when people saw that.
The organisation from the EPBF looked like everything went like clockwork.
The streaming and coverage from Kozoom was impeccable - even now, Premium Pass owners can watch recorded highlights from all sorts of matches.
The only thing that let it down was the absence of the most exciting pool players in Europe... The British... And even that sounds like it's going to be sorted for next year, so frankly, I can't wait.
Congratulations to all the medal winners - and especially to our very own Danny Luton who brought back our only Gold medal - actually not a bad haul for the Brits and Irish, and it''s all down to the wheelchair players, so good on you chaps!
