Yep, unfortunately fell off the bike last night, not a massive issue but a bit battered, not good before such a big game. Aplogies to Ben for having to pull out but as I'm sure you'll all understand that I don't want to go into the game at 70%. Hope Ben can get another good game so his preparations haven't been wasted. Very worrying! Booked in at the bike shop first thing Friday morning... Like i say its not bad just quite uncomfortable... Still be there Saturday cheering on the ginger ninja! GWARRNNN 5 BALL!!
