!!! QUOTE !!!

Although I love these days and not pulling anything down,I thought this mmtv didn't have the usual sparkle, might be wrong but been to them all n for me the buzz was missing, lots of new players but one thing is the 5 supporter rule,it's a must but some players don't bring it,atmosphere in past was a lot better but maybe due to local lads playing n better crowds,it's great for new lads playing n new faces but it's also about support,on this instance I do agree with Dixon n I was there,it will continue but needs players bringing more support,it's what it's all about for the banter n for the club

I'm not pulling owt down either just stating its not what it was and the games that are happening happen week in week out in Vegas bar, or 75% of them do so what's the point in wasting a sat and a decent bit of hard earnt to watch a game u seen or and over again !! No thanks

There are certain and simple things that could be brought in to make it more of a spetical, pre match interviews, poster, articals etc.

I mean this 5 supporter rule, good idea in theory but no good when players turn up without the 5 and there allowed to play lol

Also to get the better players from further afielld getting involved this needs to be scrapped an may as well be scrapped as its never enforced anyway !!

Dixon ........... Loves offering advice

Sorry mate just an ipso facto moment! #spellcheck

You do make a fair point Mr Dixon, I like the idea of pre match hype which goes beyond posted predictions, with mobile phone tech as it is be easy to upload player videos, maybe post on YouTube some practice sessions and interviews with the players. What I will say is that there are new players willing to play but I would have to mention, and no disrespect to anyone here, when money is involved they're always going to take the easy game and this is not always the most exhilarating to watch.

I would certainly like to promote more players coming in not just in the UK but internationally as well. We have enough high level players who are able to make this happen. I love to watch an exciting match as much as I do to play in one. Handicaps should be utilised more as well. To many "on't robb" as you boys say up here!

We all want whats best for the game and businesses in the UK with the added banter factor!

Also fair play to Mr Banham for stepping up to a difficult match and raising the cash himself. Some would say stupid, I say hes to be admired as he's trying to raise his game and playing the better players will do that.

if players dont want to play for whatever reason then players who have played before will play to fill the cards, theres alot fo names on the list that have no intention of playing, for me players need to bring support, thats the key to these days, good banter between players fans, thats what makes the mmtv days,to say its been goin nearly 2 years its still in good shape, not every mmtv is goin to be sparkling, players need to bring support, thats the bottom line

Well if that's the case the rule needs to be enforced proper then if 5 don't come with the player the player doesn't play and non of this "here pal your in the club will u be one of my supporters" cos that's defeating the object

Only problem i see with the 5 supporter rule is that it could put people off who are traveling a fair distance. Mainly that you can't normally get yourself and 5 supporters in one car (unless your lucky enough to own a large car). Other reason is that it means you have to get people to take off both the Saturday and Sunday from work, which is ok for a few but maybe not all. Ok for local lads because if they have to work on the Sunday then they can (unless they rat arsed like Doc)
