Id say play Finlay then pal. There is no way on ths earth he is a cat 4. Ive seen him beat Tem Dixon and Mark Gray at one of my comps, seen results on GB9 where he has got 4 break and runs in one match on notoriously tough tables. He is an incredible potter and having watched him a few times theres no way hes at the same level as say Macca, myself, Harty etc.

And importantly, you'll have seen him play yourself being on GB9 and been at comps I've done where he's also been in attendance.
