US Open PPV - PRO9 REFUND DETAILSHi Guys and Girls, You've all been really nice and supported Pro9's Special Offers many times, and I'm very keen to keep your good faith in Pro9's offerings, but for two days out of the seven days at the start of the US Open the stream was poor quality, so no arguments, (some people said no refund was necessary) but everyone gets the same - I'm sending a very generous 33.3% refund to everyone today - yes, a full third of the ticket price, so you can expect to see twelve lovely sterling pounds (or your currency equivalent) arrive back in your Paypal account/credit card balance later today. Once again, I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience and annoyance of the poor stream quality on the first two days, I hope this didn't ruin the whole experience for you, and I also hope you will continue to positively consider purchasing Pro9 Special Offers in the future. Thanks for your concerns, very nice of you, but the refund is not necessary... The last two days were just spectacular...!!!! To see SVB win the 5th was worth every penny.... My internet is so bad I am used to the freezes... ha ha ..
