There will still be a spot, but it will be handed back to Matchroom.

187mph, u were asking us how much to buy the spot?! As I'm sure you know u cannot buy WPM spots u have to be invited or qualify. If we don't hold it somebody else will, as Riggers says if we don't get the entries then we will have one less UK player in the event.

We wont do this because we're a honest run tour.

So on that basis its probably not the best idea i've heard you come up with :D

so why not hold the qualifyer in a pool club like barnsley if its all about the hotel and table costs. this is a qualifyer not a gb 9 event. why jeopardise the chance of an britsh guy doing well. how many enrtys u got. scotland only had 9 enrtys but still jayson got the spot

time and effort, we have already spent both of these organising the extra qualifying event and if we do have to cancel (which is looking very likely) then we have got all the hassle of refunding those that have already paid. There would be little time to organise a separate event and we as a committee are already flat out preparing for YOUR next tour event in Blackpool.

As you say Chris, this is a public forum for expressing opinions, but we DO have rules about respecting other members - we're better than that here, hence your personal comments have been deleted!
