Nope, it's all PPV only today and tomorrow mate, yesterday was just a free preview to get us hooked. The sick thing is, you can only use the PPV if you're outside of the UK as SKY own the exclusive broadcast rights here (although a technical wizard has managed to get it on the big screen here). The normal routine is having to wait until later in the year to watch it on SKY as usual. [ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2015-08-15 16:35 ]

What a joke. No wonder 9ball is not growing in this country. How can a top event be organised with no live coverage in the country it is being held in. Not says by it should be free, but there should be some way to watch it if it is not on TV. Considering Matchroom are renowned for their quality events , this does not even have any score updates on their website. Hours after a match has finished the result is showing on their site but that is useless. They are obviously not serious about the sport in this country anymore if this is anything to go by

This is the way this one has always been done, not all of Matchroom pool events are broadcast live... These will be broadcast on Sky Sports later in the year, as always has been the case with the World Pool Masters, and I presume the same is done for some of the fishing/bowling/darts programmes too. I think that's the case. I could be wrong, but this one has always been broadcast at a later date, I suppose because it's a convenience/flexibility for SKY schedulers maybe? It has indeed been the case for WPM I'm afraid. As for Matchrooom, I for one am grateful for their support - their coverage is excellent (even if it's not always live to air).

Seem to be missing the point. I know it has always been the case, but how are you going to attract new fans to the sport when you can't watch it . Recorded highlights in 6 months time are no good

You'll all have to see JP's lovely photos on Pro9 instead! (edit: added a p.s.) P.S. It's not recorded highlights, it's every match, every ball, with the best production crew in the business,.. We're lucky to have them. If you want to see it live so much, buy an audience ticket. [ This message was edited by: Administrator on 2015-08-18 09:38 ]
