Hi guys Having got the 9 ball bug after playing 8 ball and snooker for some 27 yrs I need some advice on a cue I have had my Snooker cue for a lifetime and its stood me in great shape but its obviously not cut out for 9 ball I prefer function and durability over flashy design and can't afford top of the line so looking £100 - £175 What do you guys recommend Many Thanks Darren

If you want something that is a cross between a snooker and a 9 ball cue, You can get a master craft cue 2 piece, custom made, ash (or maple presumably), with ebony butt, your own specs, mine only cost me £150, if you wanna know moe PM me. I think predator Z2 shaft + any uniloc butt will be the best choice for you. I know it's over your budget but if you spend more money once it'll save some in the future
