QUOTE !!! why do people call it a bloodbath,i mean come on,if your playin in a top nothc event surely you would expect to get easy groups, especially when theres 8 in each group,in my eyes there seems to be very good players in all groups, whats all this about massive bags aswell, thought 9 ball were supposed to have generous bags, what are the standard size of the bags on 9 ball table, surely these events have the bags set at that,by shimming the bags or making them smaller is surely not playin 9 ball properly, can someone plaese explain this to me,sorry if im missing summat, like dixon says does every other player maon about thtese so call massive bags, scratchin me napper here ......every player moans eric what ya talking about lol for some reason china is diff i once watched a stream from there they had for a tourney and in chat they was saying all 64 players where moaning and some refused to play as they had 6 inch pockets think they ended up with about 39 players.lol was just wondering tony thats all what other players thought about it,now i know im more with, agree with daz when he says bags are big then it opens the winning circle up no end,cos many talented guys out there that pot of the lampshades, prob safety play harldy ever comes into it,read what daz put with changes rules n balls racked differently n magic rack used n then not,i know its not guna happen but stickin wi 4n hlaf inch holes n same rules is prob what all the better players want, nicely put daz in sayin tiger wouldnt have won most of his stuff if the hole was bigger, prob sums it up that with the tables, suppose you have no choice in the matter but can see now why it frustrates the top tier players ----------------- Mr Dockerty to you boys

Thankyou.. Am not sayig it because I lost as I missed a few balls still and didn't deserve to win.. I along with everyone else was disappointed with organisation and the way the tournament was set up the communication between organisers and players at this event was very bad, then they take a lot of skill out of the game with how this tournament was set up, it's basically like playing a par 3 tournament at golf , so it levels the field up basically.. Unfortunately we don't have a players union to force changes so it's our own fault really, but wpa tournaments should all be the same rules and pocket size and same break rule , not much to ask for consistency in the game at a top level , the games tough enough with so many great players to make a living without making it too easy conditions.

Been saying it for years, the WPA are a shambles and the sooner Matchroom take control the better for the sport.
