News update on BPPPA President, Mr Ted Bristow
We are pleased to announce that BPPPA President, Mr Ted Bristow is now convalescing and is well on his way to a full recovery following his recent illness.

Shortly after being released from hospital with a cardiology problem, Mr Bristow was admitted to Trafford General Hospital on 3rd December after contracting Group D Salmonella food poisoning. As a result, immense dehydration caused a total shut down of the renal system and Mr Bristow was in a critical condition for several days in the High Dependancy Unit of the hospital. He was discharged on 12th December and although looking at a recovery period of 6 - 13 weeks, we are pleased to confirm that a full recovery is expected.
Mr Bristow has asked that we convey his sincere thanks to all the many people who sent their best wishes during this time.
