All wheelchair cue-sport players invited to compete in the 10 ball championships

The 2012 BWPPA season reached it’s half way point at the last event in Liverpool with Tony Southern taking his second event in a row, and extending his lead in the rankings over Roy Kimberley. Tony will be going for a hat trick in Cardiff, but it will be tough, with a big field expected for the event, including Ireland's former World 9 Ball Champion and winner of the first BWPPA event of the season, Fred Dinsmore, making the trip over the Irish sea.

In the last few weeks the tour is pleased to announce that Predator Cues has agreed to continue to support the tour in 2012 and beyond, and this year this includes amongst the prizes available, a top of the range Ikon cue will be presented to the player at the top of the rankings at the end of the season.

The players have recently voted on some changes to the tour, including a revised challenge event, and a change to the seeding and fee structure.

The season continues on the 18th/19th August at Riley’s Cardiff City and you could be part of it!

A number of our players will be battling for the top end of the rankings, with places available in the World Championship in Qatar in September 2012 it promises to be an exciting event.

The tour welcomes players of widely ranging ability with two events spanning the weekend. This means that non-elite players can battle amongst themselves in the "Challenge" Cup as well as having the opportunity of matching themselves against the top players on the tour in the main ranking event.
